Handmade shumai made with medicinal herbs and Chinese koji! Choose from white rice or five-grain rice! Comes with medicinal herbal soup and a seasonal side dish made with koji!

[Medicinal Dandan noodles]

Original dandan noodles made with more than 10 types of medicinal herbs.It's not too spicy but will warm you up! You can choose three of your favorite toppings from about 20 different options.

The beet sugar granulated koji lemon is carefully made over the course of a week.The rich lemon and rosemary added later will also improve circulation.You can enjoy it with either lemon sour or lemon squash.

◎The herbal porridge set is also recommended!

This is a great dish to give a rest to the spleen (stomach and intestines) which is weak in Japanese people! It is cooked with jujubes and wolfberries which enhance its nutritional value! It comes with medicinal soup! It also comes with a small seasonal dish made with medicinal soup and koji.
